The kickoff meeting of the NEWROAD project (“Open Platform for European Networking and Repurposing of Oncological Assets and Drugs”) will take place in Salerno, Italy on November 28^th of 2022. The meeting will allow the partners to strengthen relations, to plan and examine the activities to be carried out throughout the project and the milestones to reach. During the meeting, participants will have the opportunity to discuss various project areas in depth. These subjects included the tools to manage the project, the basic research framework, the scientific protocol as well as the principles for a successful dissemination strategy. The next project meeting will take place by mid 2023, where the NEWROAD team will review the progress achieved.
